Modules, exercises, and reference pages are provided for personal study and classroom use. We do not deliver certificates that replace formal qualifications, and we do not guarantee admission to any program or employer.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit and for keeping your login credentials private. Do not share a single account across several people, scrape the material in bulk, or republish module content elsewhere. Attempts to disrupt the platform, probe it for weaknesses without permission, or upload malicious code will lead to suspension.

Lesson texts, code samples, diagrams, and the structure of the curriculum remain the property of Shiksha Tech or the authors who contributed them. You may use code examples in your own projects and coursework. Reproducing whole modules, selling the material, or presenting it as your own course is not permitted without written consent.

When you send exercise solutions, feedback, or corrections, you keep ownership of your work but grant us the right to review it and, where useful, reference it in teaching material. Do not submit code or text that belongs to someone else without their permission. We may remove contributions that infringe third-party rights.

The material is provided as it stands. We keep it accurate and current where we can, but we cannot promise that every example runs unchanged in your environment or that a module matches a specific job description. We are not liable for indirect losses, missed opportunities, or damage caused by third-party tools you install while following a lesson.

We may add, restructure, or retire modules, and we may take the platform offline briefly for maintenance. If a change affects how your data is handled or narrows your rights, we will note it on this page and update the date below. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.

You can stop using the platform at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are broken, if a legal obligation requires it, or if the platform is discontinued. Sections on intellectual property and responsibility survive the end of your account.
